This study was looking at the role of Irisin and the pathology of Parkinson.

From what I understand, IRISIN is naturally elevated by exercise, which could explain the positive impact of exercise on parkinson pathology. As we all love to test new supplements, I had a look at ways to increase irisin through supplementation and found the following:

Not sure if anybody here ever had green kardamom on their stack of supplements and happy to weigh in ?

no, but a very strong taste so you couldn’t eat the quantities required. It’s scenty. Like chai tea. Or like nutmeg and cinnamon are scenty. But different flavour.

i used to put cardamon seeds in my chai...along with cinnamon, ginger, turmeric and black pepper with oats milk...delicious and worth trying to include it in my days...
