*** I ended up with High Blood Pressure taking TTFD. I no longer take TTFD. Based on my experience, I would not recommend TTFD. ***

Someone asked, if I ever heard of NADH?

I believe when a cure is found for PD, it will a combination of factors. I take NMN which supposedly increases NAD which is the target of NADH. I am also currently taking 500mg of Niacin time release (another Booster of NAD) in hopes of tolerating TTFD. I have high hopes in TTFD - TTFD has increased my blood levels of thiamine, which has to be a good thing. I also take supplements, as Dr. Sinclair expresses, in hopes of clearing plaques supposedly in my brain.

I am on Day 63 of taking TTFD. I believe my high blood pressure (which came to light around day 44) is due to an imbalance of something caused by the TTFD. My first thought was other B vitamins (a B-Complex has helped) but has not completely brought my BP under control. I have high hopes for Molybdenum. I have on order with expected delivery of tomorrow. Once I get BP under control, I will probably increase my dose in hopes of getting back to where I was on Day 3 of no symptoms of PD. I am currently on my 7th day of my 1/4 cap of 50mg. I sleep better than my normal, my coordination/balance is good, I do have a slight tremor and I am still taking 2-1/2 tab twice a day of C/L.

I am an n-1, non-placebo trial of a self medicated determine simple-minded scatterbrain. I am not good at following existing protocols as stated by Dap1948 or Elliot Overton of which both basically state, “the dose of thiamine will vary and is person specific”. TTFD being one of the most powerfully, hopefully it will vary less than other forms of thiamine and my results will be repeatable. At this point I would not recommend TTFD to anyone.

This leaves me questioning, if I succeed will I be taken seriously or be written off as never having PD. healthunlocked.com/cure-par... .

If I understand you right, you take 1/4 cap of 50mg every day now, since 7 days and no signs of overdosing..?

Depends on your definition of overdose. BP was high 7 days without and now 7 days with. It's been high now for 19 days. I'm thinking something out of balance more than overdose.

I did a search for (what "Thiamine salt" is found in "food ") and came up with:

"Thiamine triphosphate (ThTP) is a biomolecule found in most organisms including bacteria, fungi, plants and animals. Chemically, it is the triphosphate derivative of the vitamin thiamine." en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thiam...

I further searched (absorbability of "Thiamine triphosphate" vs "Thiamine hydrochloride") and didn't come up with a clear answer.

have you tried just a small amount with 100mg of Magnesium?i'm on day 3. Since RDA of TTFD is 1.3 mg and Magnesium is 100-200mg and B1 needs Magnesium and Magnesium needs B1, i just tried using the RDA. and it seems to relax me.

I ope a capsule and scoop a micro spoon out.
