When you become stooped posturaly, which we all know comes with pd, your brain activates the fight or flight metabolic paththway because your body is sending warning signals to your brain due to constant physical stress...this dumps cortisol into your body. Just 2 minutes of correct posture can reduce your cortisol overload to alleviate the resulting pd symptoms that are triggered by stress of any kind. So take your 2 minutes as often as you can. You will feel better which might just be enough to reduce freezing for example. Be Mindfull as often as you can...be aware of your body....Hang Tough!
