Pleased its helping you. There are lots of PWP who have been helped with B1 but most Neuros/GP s aren’t knowledgeable or trained in using alternative treatments. Our Neuro listens to what my husband has been taking and says if you feel it helps then ok.

He never offers advice apart from taking exercise and he did say Vit D.

My husbands been dx for 7 years and our Neuro says he must have a mild version of PD. I think it’s more likely the alternative interventions he has tried and used.

Glad you’re getting good results already. Have you read my book “Parkinson’s and the B1 therapy”? I would recommend not rushing to increase your dose once you have seen improvements. You’re likely to go into ‘overdose’ symptoms - jitteriness, worsening symptoms, disturbed sleep etc. Watch out for these signs. If they happen, take a break of 1-2 weeks and return to B1 at the previous dose which was working, 500mg. All in the book! Available on all amazons.

My opinion Dap1948 is not just pushing her book, she really cares about furthering B1 as an alternative treatment.
