Precaution about B1 100 mg tablets

I was recently prescribed B1, 100 mg, several times per day The brand I was prescribed contains maltodroxin, which can degrade into two molecules of glucose. This is not good for me. I have severe PPH and launch into a PPH episode appx after taking two 100 mg tabs. I have been working on and improving gut motility and better motility seems to have made supplement's maltodextrin more rapidly degraded into glucose. Very not good. Beware if you have PPH.

It's either postpartum hemorrhage or postprandial hypotension (low blood pressure after a meal). I'm guessing the latter.

Postprandial hypotension (usually).

Postprandial hypoperfusion (in some articles).
