It looks based on peroneal nerve treatment. I had surgery for peroneal nerve entrapment 30 years ago. Peroneal nerve is what lifts your toes when you're walking or running.
Peroneal Nerve Entrapment is when the nerve is pinched between the muscle and bone. Slicing out a chunk of muscle helped about 80%. Even now, 30 year later, I have to be careful to lift my toes or I'll trip. So when PD was diagnosed, nobody was interested in nerve entrapment anymore.
I don't think this would do anything for PD. I think our balance problems are in the brain. Also, I think the $37 dollar price is for the downloadable version, so I don't think you get the ball. I think my Binaural Beats might be helping my balance. pdprotocols.atwebpages.com/...
Yes and no. All of my Binaural Beats are 100 hz base now. I don't have bone conducting headphones. I can stand on one foot for over a minute with my eyes open now. Before I could not make it 15 seconds.
Although hubby never fell and balance is OK, I ordered trekking poles for our walks. I have read comments about the poles that they help with posture and balance. Received them yesterday, but he needs to practice at home first. Funny, he wanted these poles about 15 years ago when we were in Germany. He got them there and he used them, but I didn't like them!
