A 2021 study suggests that sildenafil (Viagra, Revatio), which is used to treat erectile dysfunction and pulmonary arterial hypertension, might also protect against Alzheimers disease:

I also did this research. Cialis is an insulin-like growth factor II (IGF-II) inducer (and far less expensive).

That's an interesting finding! The idea that Viagra could have neuroprotective qualities, particularly in relation to Alzheimer's, adds a new layer to its known uses. I’ve been using Viagra myself for ED, but I wasn't aware of this potential benefit.
