Thanks for sharing. I'm a little confused as to how much B1 I should take. I tried be one before sorry to get some jitteriness wasn't sure it was the B1 or Carbidopa-levodopa. I work with a nutritionist who muscle test me for various vitamins and minerals. He said I should take 500 mg twice a day. I had recent blood work done well not taking the B1 am I B1 levels we're in the average range. So I'm not sure if I should start to be one again and at what dosage. I'm tremor dominant and currently taking 1 Carbidopa levodopa three times a day. It was decreased from one and a half pills in the morning back to one because I was experiencing some involuntary movements on my shoulder and lips. The decrease started about 5 weeks ago and no changes. No one can tell me weather it was too high or too low dose.I also take 5mgs baclofen every 12 hours. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
