This post has nothing to do with PD but I want to warn older people here about online scammers. You can follow this channel on YT to have an insight into how scammers mostly from India cheat people in the US and around the world. They pretend to be a support service for Amazon, Microsoft, etc. Be careful.

everyone needs to be careful. They scam people of all ages.

I agree with you. However, the younger ones know the computer and software better than the older ones. These scammers mostly target the elderly population. When I see just how many people have been deceived my heart aches because of it. All the best.

We regularly get a couple of calls a day either pro-porting to be from Amazon, Microsoft or BT. When the call is from a genuine person, which we did have from the bank, we were told to go to their website find the customer service number and call them back on a different phone. We did this and somebody was taking out a bank account in my husbands name and it was flagged up as fraudulent. ,
