You don't need to feel bad about that.

This is somewhat old school thinking. The progression of the condition is why levodopa has a diminishing impact. It's not because you have 'used up' your levodopa quota and you can't 'delay' that period of efficacy by delaying its use.

I saw a post that suggested having sublingual melatonin 10 mg on hand and taking a tablet when having difficulty going back to sleep in the middle of the night
