Don’t stress about it, bass. Typos are common with us all having Parkinson’s and all and actually a good sign that shows that we are even trying. I got your message the first time, sans the typo :)

It is amazing how we are able to use technology these days to type and communicate. Wonderful!

I used to be all about the breakfast but have been on IF for as year now, helps keep my weight down, especially when I eat right. The sugary, carb laden breakfast cereals are bad news in the am, especially if you have high blood sugar. I eat a breakfast type thing later with protein, or just do Keto coffee.
