Yes I have them. They are really good. Worth the money I think, and better than Solgar in my opinion. 👍

Yes, I too have found them to be excellent. A bit difficult to swallow but all these big capsules are. Worth the effort, though. 👍

I too have used these caps. I have always had trouble swallowing tabs and caps so contacted the seller to see if opening these capsules and emptying them onto food would be cool. They replied rapidly in the affirmative. SOLD! I have since been opening them into water - be warned, however, they taste intensely of marmite!

Those are the easiest to swallow, but unfortunately B1 had no positive effects for me.
