Thanks to Dolly, the vaccine resistant population insensitived to similar appeals from celebrities will hopefully finally listen.

Ya, she got big, big ... BBBrrrain! I'll get the vaccine right away if she shows us her big, big ...BBBrrrain. By the way, is she a doctor, too? Actually everyone in sports , politics, mass media and show business is a doctor now.

I recently learned that Bill Gates is not a doctor. He’s not even a college graduate! 🤣

Neither are most of the founders and leaders of some other technology giants. Larry Ellison, Mark Zuckerberg and Steve Jobs are examples. Even though Elon Musk has a Masters degree in physics, he says quite often and boldly that he will hire any one without a degree if they pass his interviews and a large number of his leadership have no degrees. Jeff Bezos has a degree also, but he /Amazon doesn't require a degree like most other organizations and I have friends who don't have a degree and work for Amazon in technology jobs.

Michael Dell is another fine example of a successful technology mogul without a college degree. A degree is not a recipe for grand success. Will, hard work and determination are the true keys to accomplishment.

However, education is still extremely important. These leaders freely admit to being voracious readers and even showcase their reading list or other educational materials. For example, Bill Gates publishes lists of reading selections he likes and says he has watched a lot of the "Great Courses" collection. Elon Musk read a very large number of books on rocket propulsion, solar energy, electricity, advanced math and physics in order to start three successful companies at the same time.

So, I believe it when Gates says stuff about the environment or disease which anyways have already been researched and accepted by highly qualified and experienced world class scientists.

In fact many of the members of this forum know much more than doctors about Parkinson's. Members such as @chartist, @park_bear, @giocas, @mbanderson and others. They are not doctors, but read up and research a lot more than what doctors have the time to do. A degree obtained even 7 years ago is toilet paper if the recepient did nothing to keep up with the increasingly rapid evolution of information 😪😂
