"780 people reported to have side effects when taking Ubiquinol. Among them, 11 people (1.41%) have Atrial fibrillation/flutter."
So 1.41% of those with side effects from ubiquinol have Atrial fibrillation. A key piece of data is missing - the percentage of takers of ubiquinol who do report side effects. All we can say is the percentage of ubiquinol takers who report atrial fibrillation is much less than 1.4%

"AF prevalence is projected to increase from 5.2 million in 2010 to 12.1 million cases in 2030"
Taking the low estimate of 5.2 million and dividing by the current US population of 330 million, we get 1.6%. So the prevalence of atrial fibrillation among ubiquinol takers is less than that of the general population.
Note to self for future reference: don't take ehealthme website too seriously
I've been taking Ubiquinol and had Afib which was treated with cardiac ablation almost 2 years ago. Actually I started taking Ubiquinol after developing Afib - was taking CoQ10 before. Still take Ubiquinol but don't see it affecting my heart rhythm which is pretty much regular with some occasional ectopic beats.
Husband had AF and he also had cardiac ablation about 10 years ago. Doing great. He started COQ10 (now Ubiquinol) after PD diagnosis 3 years ago after Mayo MDS mentioned that COQ10 in large doses may halt/slow down PD.
