IS ANYONE WITH PD TAKING MUCUNA PURIENS PLUS HDT OR VITAMIN B1?

HI, If the above applies to you, please share your experience. Also, have you tried

Carbidopa/levodopa with Vit B1 before> If yes, could you compare your experience with when you were on Mucuna P plus Vit B1? Which would you consider as the best combination.

I’ve been taking MP for 3+ years along with C/L off and on. I’ve been on HDT for 2 years. IMHO Mucuna and C/L do about the same thing, and HDT something completely different. The two are unrelated - JG

Hi reedboat2 Yes I know one is anti-parkinson's, the other is vitamin. All I want to know is which combination did anyone finds to be the best, in terms of treating PD symptoms. Is it HDT Plus Mucuna or processed C/L (Sinemet, or any other brand) plus HDT, is the best?

I have noticed no interactions whatsoever between MP or C/L with Thiamine. I suggest you experiment and see what works best for you. Good luck with it - JG

Dr. C. recommended taking HDT along WITH C/L. They compliment each other and have better results. Search HU Dr. Costantini.
