To C/L or not to C/L ?

Satisfied HDB1 user that saw it delete 8 or 9 markers and leave me with only the right hand tremor. No progression on any front after 4 years. However, C/L seemingly does nothing for me in regards to the tremor. Dr. suggests Premidone or Pramipexole. Any thoughts on either? I am totally ignorant of either one. I can live with my life as is but always looking for answers.

They started me out on pramipexole. I was relatively happy with it and was able to sleep well. I Read about the long-term side effects and was concerned. One of then being paranoia. Accused my partner of cheating on me. When it was proven to me that it was not true, I realized how subtly this side-effect slipped in without me even realizing it and became concerned. I read more about the long-term side effects, addiction-for-life being one of them. About becoming so addicted, it was less painful for them to never stop, i.e., an infinite prescription.

I told my neuro I wanted to change meds. After a few failed attempts with Rytary and Sinemet, we finally settled for stalevo. A little later I added B1 HCL. For a while, I kept what was leftover from my pramipexole in my bedroom closet. I would go to it if I could not sleep or wanted a little something "extra". Realizing pramipexole retained the upper hand, I disposed what remained and moved on...
