This helped me with the C/L absorbtion
Interesting, but how much vinegar do you need to consume in a day? In fact, if consumed excessively it can lower potassium levels. Do you confirm kitchen spoon? Or coffee?
Kitchen spoon. I don´t take it with every dose.I regularly take ACV every morning with water to clean the "tubes" and stomach. I use it occasionally during a day but just when I need get back to "ON" faster - when I fall asleep, miss the dose etc. It also helps with constipation and has many other health benefits...
I agree that it helps. In the morning, I pour about a tablespoon of ACV in a small glass of water and I scoop in a few grams of powdered vitamin C for extra absorption. I rinse my mouth out afterwards
How long does the C/L doses last when taken with ACV?
Yes ACV has many, many benefits - my husband is on here under 72andnotout - we have just got him off Sifrol and Entacapone - it took roughly 7 weeks and it has taken him back to what he was 6 years ago. We had to increase Madopar by 62.5mg to ease him over getting off Sifrol and I am watching him to know when to drop him back if need be. He always feels better after he has had ACV - reading your post today with the quantities was great as I couldn't remember the ratio - so he will start having it every day ( as you say it helps clean the tubes).
Right now he is a new man, stands straighter, gait very much improved, stagger is almost non existent, syncope not happening, sleeping like a baby and clearer headed. Of course the tremors are still there and tend to get worse if he gets excited or stressed and the stutters at times - but he says that is nothing to him - it is the way he feels inside that matters.
I will let him tell his story when he gets to it - thank you for your post.
that's excellent!
my neuro suggested something with :bubbles,: such a cola...it really helps.
