Has anyone found that Magnesium L Theonate has helped with Parkinsons symptoms?

Magnesium threonate as you probably know is supposed to readily cross the blood brain barrier while other forms of magnesium don't. It's expensive and I haven't noticed improvement in Parkinson's symptoms from taking it.

Who knows, maybe it will have some positive effect like keeping dementia at bay.
