I take it every other day for its' calming effect, and also to compliment my B 1.
There are a number of good threads on this topic. Just put "magnesium l threonate" in the search box.
Magnesium threonate as you probably know is supposed to readily cross the blood brain barrier while other forms of magnesium don't. It's expensive and I haven't noticed improvement in Parkinson's symptoms from taking it.
Who knows, maybe it will have some positive effect like keeping dementia at bay.
