My doctor has advised me to take this combination of Magnesium salts as Magnesium Oxide, Magnesium Malate, Magnesium Citrate and Magnesium Succinate.

Any ideas where I can find these to buy?

Many thanks

It would seem very difficult to find them all, once the pharmacies were getting it in bulk but then that type of pharmacy was replaced by herbalists this in Italy. I take the calmag that helps me a lot but also the supreme magnesium I find it good

for my experience minerals are important, eating fresh vegetables are very integrated, but someone better than me can better advise you how to take supplements on this aspect.😜

Rice bran is a good source of magnesium nutritiondata.self.com/fact... that data is for 118 grams of 100% rice bran which makes a thick porridge type stuff. Rice bran cereal is 46% rice bran, and the rest rice flour so keep that in mind when looking at the data. The minerals in food would be better absorbed compared to salts like all the ones you listed. Mineral chelates are the best well absorbed so that might be what exists in foods. And mineral orotates eg magnesium orotate are salts but well absorbed because the orotate portion increases absorption of ions maybe large molecules like b vitamins/amino acids too.
