Using a mathematic algorithm, I figured out how to cut my risk of covid when going to the gym by a full 50%. I go every other day.

I've gotten two notices from Gmail referring to email addresses that are listed as "@shaw.ca" saying that as a sender, I have been blocked. If you want to get the Zoom link you have to unblock me or notify me to take you off the list.

Marc, the clocks go back an hour in the UK tonight so, if I'm correct, the Sunday 5pm (British Summer Time) meeting will actually start at 4pm (Greenwich Mean Time). I think!

I'm sure the UK Zoomers will have worked that out, but raising it just in case.

A reminder that in the US we turn our clocks back Sunday, November 1.

My wife just reminded me that we're having dinner with friends tonight and leaving here at 5 PM, US Central Standard Time, so I will send the link out then -- 2 hours early.

I believe you can plug-in anytime you want and go as long as you want. I believe if nobody is on the link, it automatically times out after about 20 minutes and you have to click on it again.

So, for example, you could check in at 6 PM to see if anybody else has done the same.

The US is now off of daylight savings time, so last night we set our clocks back one hour.

Next week's meetings will be Saturday, 7 PM, US Central Standard Time and Sunday, 11 AM, US Central standard Time.
