This, to accommodate those who attend religious services on Sunday and folks in Australia and New Zealand.

8 PM US Central Standard Time (as late as I want to start) is 9 AM in Perth, Australia, 11 AM in Sydney, 1 PM in New Zealand, 6 PM US West Coast, 9 PM US East Coast & 2 AM London Time and 3 AM, UTC +1h (I think.)

Perhaps some people (in the US) prefer Saturdays or evenings to early morning Sunday or for those in Europe who cannot sleep.

Send me your email address in a private message. No need to designate which meeting you want to be in as I do not want to maintain separate lists, meaning everybody will get a link sent to them for both the Sunday and Saturday meeting allowing you to join either one or both.

In order to audit the list, I will send out a ‘trial run/test’ email at 4 PM US Central Standard Time Fridays. If you don’t get this email, that means (I've screwed up and) your email address is not on the list and you have to send it to me again via HU as a private message.

Otherwise, the actual link will be sent one half hour before each meeting. You can click on the link whenever it arrives and enter the meeting before the start time.

As we have only had one meeting, there is no clear direction for formatting, so for the time being, we’ll just leave it open as a PWP social gathering and a place to put a face behind the name.

(Hopefully Albert will show up again as a few people want to hear more from him.)

I am not wedded to this. I just offer it as an alternative to reading text from each other. Perhaps people will appreciate it as a social outlet. Again, Zoom offers 4 breakout rooms and it makes no difference to me how everyone wants to organize themselves. You tell me what you would like done and Dr. Pooh and I will figure out how to make it happen.

When you introduce yourself, please be sure to tell us your HU username as that is the only way to recognize each other.

Thanks again for your time in organising us. I thought that Sunday’s meeting was very useful. I’ll look forward to the next one if I can make it.

So good to see so many like minded people trying to manage their condition and do the best they can with the hand they have been dealt.

Just to be clear on Marc's behalf, I think this post is about an extra meeting to take place on Saturday at a different time - which you could attend as well

There will also be a Sunday meeting - which is "the next meeting" of the Sunday group

Hi Jan,

go to your profile and on the upper right-hand side of the page it will offer you find a link that says "edit profile." Then on the upper left-hand side, it will say "add avatar." Click on that and it will allow you to browse your photos.

The Sunday meeting is more convenient for you. It starts at 5 PM London time, which, as you know, for Zürich, is 6 PM.

Out of curiosity, since all healthcare for Swiss citizens is covered, have you ever considered FUS PTT? Free for you.

One of those misunderstandings is which meeting is being talked about. This is the NEW SATURDAY MEETING thread - but I think a few are muddling it with the Sunday meeting threads

Probably that's true. I'm reading both threads. I'm hoping everybody interested in a Saturday meeting will say so, so I don't have Zoom meeting with myself.
