Thiamine dosage

Thiamine dosage for more energy? I read in a study it should be 700-1500 mg a day in a single dose. Anyone think differently and on what grounds?

Seems to me it depends on whether you're talking oral dose, whether that oral dose is HCl, or on the other hand, injection. Injection has been used for 50-60 years to give an energy boost for someone who needs it or is significantly fatigued. As to the oral dose not so sure maybe someone else knows better.
