Recently I have been wondering whether. or not mannitol has been increasing tremors, especially since I noticed an increase yesterday within 30 minutes of taking it. Earlier yesterday I noticed tremor, for whatever reason was reduced, so the increase was particularly noticeable.

I have been taking Mannitol for two years.(?)I couldn’t really pinpoint any improvement in most areas. I really thought it was only helping with my sense of smell and constipation but then I accidentally ran out and without connecting the dots, I suffered a setback. My tremors increased significantly and my fine motor skills took a dive. I ordered more and my symptoms improved within days.

Good to keep in mind, I've read similar posts where people have said it wasn't till after they too ran out of Mannitol and stopped using it did they realize the difference.

Do u take b4 medication or after medication?

I usually take it with lunch so generally without meds. The only caution I’m aware of is not to take it at the same time as B1 as it can act as a bit of a diuretic.
