Anybody try rebounding exercises on a mini trampoline? If so, have you experienced any benefits? I’m trying it out myself and it’s helping build core strength and balance. There are a myriad of other benefits you can read about e.g. increase bone density, detoxification by increasing lymphatic circulation etc. please share your experience.

Rebounding Exercise for PwP
I practice 7 to 10 min almost every morning during my routine excercise and my feeling is that it helps to sweat and detox the body. The massage on the limphatic system is very effective.
Someone told me that it may improve gait but have noticed no major changes since.
I'm planning to add O2 to it as suggested by a doctor who is friend of mine. Rebound is easier for me than cyclette or walking.
Pls note that i do it while in the early morning off status for various reasons.
Hope this may help
I have had a rebounder for many years. I love it, and it's not difficult to use. It's low impact and invigorating. Thirteen years ago I started going to Rock Steady Boxing and found it to be helpful for many reasons, main 2 reasons being it helps slow down the progression and it's also about the comaraderie. I feel if you're homebound, the rebounder is great. Mine came with a safety bar that attaches in case you are unstable and it came with a variety of CD's. Yes, CD's. I have had it for several years. In fact, after I was diagnosed, I tried to get in touch with the guy that created it and tell him how good it would be for PwP's, but never got ahold of him. If I was homebound I would use it and the Wii Fit Plus and Sports.
My physical therapist showed e that the rebounder was helpful for me... as I attempt to be able to jump or skip. & I agree, good for stimulating lymph system too.
