Hi Pan13, I see you have major balance issues have you looked into the Thiamine B1 therapy? Please check out my Blog about B1 and other things that are helping me. silverliningsandparkinsons....
Hi Pan13.
Try not to worry too much. As your neurologist said to you over the phone, he ‘thinks’ you have msa. It may not be. How many weeks do you have to wait to see him? It’s not going to help you by worrying. I’d be trying to get in to see him sooner.
All the best.
Hi thank you for reply neurologist said he would see me in Autumn then added prob 3 months he said with the corona virus hospital didn't want people going in but he must of known that what he said would cause me to worry trying best not to worry I will see about getting appt before he suggested I don't know what could have stopped me feeling ok on tablets in such a short time though take care
It’s very stressful not knowing what you’re dealing with.
Could it be possible that the tablets stopped working because maybe you were under extra stress/pressure causing increased anxiety/depression and it made your Parkinson’s symptoms worse? Just a thought, because my husband’s symptoms were exacerbated when his depression became worse, but that was before he started on any meds.
So sorry that you are going through all this and having to wait another 3 months for answers. Take care.
