The podiatrist says the spike of bone pushing on the Achilles from beneath is the cause of the ankle pain. But surgery removed the spike and the PRP so far hasn't helped. Yes but what triggers arthritis to begin with? Some say micro-tears in the joint capsule is the root cause.
