For those who are participating in the high dose thiamine therapy, are you buying the tablets over the counter or through a doctor? If you are purchasing the thiamine over the counter what are the best brands to use?

Any recommendations on brand? A lot of the options contain Benfotiamine, is that ok?

I buy one called G and G in U.K. from Amazon 500 mgs easy to swallow capsules! Tried another make and think they made them for a horse!

Boots the Chemist own brand are easier to swallow than others in B-Complex tablets
