Get your groceries to stock up and self-quarantine if possible to avoid the very contagious virus, especially if you're in the highly compromised group.

The symptoms of infectious people can seem as mild as seasonal allergies or no symptom.

Be sure you're not deficient in D and Zinc to help fight the virus. I recommend Zinc Gluconate because the form consistently contains the least amount of toxic cadmium. Do not over-supplement and keep under 50mg elemental zinc per day (ideally around 35mg) or it'll depress copper and other trace mineral levels through competitive inhibition. Do not take more than 15mg zinc for long term (more than 10 days) without medical supervision. A healthy zinc/copper ratio (8:1 Zn:Cu) is needed for both viruses (zinc) and bacteria (copper) in check, and you cannot activate B vitamins without copper. Zinc tends to raise the potassium level (pertains to Covid-19) and helps to retain it in cells and tissues for those who are deficient while helping to regulate many other important trace minerals through synergistic effect.
