Stem cell treatment for Parkinson's is under research. To get stem cells past the blood-brain barrier requires brain surgery - any clinic claiming to offer "stem cell treatment" for Parkinson's is almost certainly a scam.

60 Minutes did an exposé of stem cell scams back in 2012:

Research has continued to advance in the years since 2012, but the scams have also advanced, and I wouldn't believe the hype and/or promises from individual clinics.

Here's the clinical trials:

So far, I don't see any indication of any of the trials passing the first safety phase.

Almost any chemical can be called a stem cell. Generally bone marrow is used because of high amount of progenitor tissue. But sq fat contains 10 to 100 times more stem cells than an equal volume of marrow. I experimented with two large-breed dogs with ACL rupture. The client couldn't afford $10,000 surgery. She said do something or put them down. I extracted sq fat via liposuction and injected it into the stifles of both dogs. It must have worked. The dogs were still alive chasing antelope years later. I remember seeing them for shots and no signs of ACL rupture were visible on xray,

I've heard of stem cells from fat working in cases other than PD. They don't seem to have the safety issues like the current PD trials.

To be more accurate - they don’t observe the rules on evaluating safety like the other trials.

When I was looking for help with a torn Achilles a doctor extracted marrow and injected it into the tendon. Didn't heal the tendon.
