I had contacted International patient coordinator of UC San Diego Health (health.ucsd.edu) requesting to include me in their stem cell trial. He replied that they are not accepting international patients for this trial, however he recommended following clinic for me:
I had come to know through someome about the trial. Then I sent an email to them asking them to include me in the trial. In reply they sent me some forms and documents which I filled and sent them back. After that I received following email from them

Good evening Iqbal,
Stem Therapy for Parkinson dieses is only available for clinical trials patients. Unfortunately at this time this clinical trial does not accept international patients.
Thanks
BTW they also had given reference to the following link
I don't know about this one in particular but my experience with a similar sounding Clinic was abysmal my advice--be very wary and do not give them a lot of money. Best , Stuart Epstein
Hi Iqbal, I’d ask them for peer reviewed publications on their treatments; the safety monitoring program; their entries on clinicaltrials.gov; and proof of mechanism of action. Then I wouldn’t hold my breath.
To the best of my knowledge, there are no legitimate stem cell therapies or clinical trials underway in the USA. (Emphasis on "LEGITIMATE "). However, Dr. Jeanne Loring of Scripps Research in California is getting very close. Google "Dr. Jeanne Loring Parkinson's disease stem cell research" for more information. There are legitimate trials now underway in Japan and Australia.
