Simon, the writer at SOPD (Science of Parkinson's Disease) counsels in his look at the road ahead: 2020, to not have great expectations. He had the same advice for 2018 and 2019. Expect Nothing.

Not hard to expect nothing because nothing has been achieved and it will probably be the same come year's end.

Two thousand years ago practitioners of Ayurveda were treating patients with natural sources of L Dopa, found in plants such as mucuna pruriens.

Today we have options like L Dopa or more L Dopa.
