Can't swallow capsules

Hi all,

Bought LifeExension Glycine 1000 mg capsules. They are larger in size than any supplements I ever had. Can I open the capsules, mix with water and dring, or is this not advisable for this product?

I do not see any reason why not. Nothing special about these capsules – they will just dissolve in your stomach anyway.

Glycine is water soluble, so there should be no problem. I wouldn't mix more than you plan to take right now, but otherwise no problem. You can dissolve 25 grams in 100 ml of water, so there should definitely be no problem dissolving one gram in a small half glass of water.

This video may help you swallow it. She suggests swallowing while turning your head to the side and it is used to teach children to swallow capsules.
