Yes. A teaspoon a day for about 2 years. Hard to tell if it’s doing anything but overall my progression is relatively slow, and I think it does help with mental clarity a bit.

Yes my husband is. About a level tbs per day for a year. Stopped for a while and felt worse but that may have been coincidental.
