i take 1 tablespoon w/ coffee in morning ,amount is just guesswork based on other articles i have read. no results to report

I bought from a man who lives in Florida I think he said: [e-mail] He adds an anti-gas enzyme since normally mannitol creates a lot of wind. I can't recommend him since I don't know for sure who he is but he seems genuine enough. He doesn't have a web site. Unfortunately since I am in the UK I was charged import duty so I won't be buying from him again.
