has anyone been taking b1 and l-dopa over 5 years with no side effects?

I believe the only ones who have been on HDT/B-1 for over 5 years or longer are the patients in Italy of Dr. Costantini and Dr. Fancellu. On this forum I think 4 to possibly 5 years is the limit.

In Italy, they seem to have less side effects than other areas of the world and they seem more tolerant of HDT also.

I HAVE TAKEN B1 for over three years as well as L-Dopa for ten years without noticeable side effects.
