I don't have dandruff, but I have a very itchy head my head has itched for many many years. I bought both shampoos, the zinc one doesn't seem to do anything however the salicylic acid shampoo helps. Which shampoo do you use, what is the ingredient that supposed to help?

Zinc Pyrithione is the active ingredient in the shampoo that I use...

The zinc doesn't seem to do anything, it's a salicylic acid for me. I wonder what is the real difference?
