Folate Rich Green Smoothie to boost Methylation

As with most green smoothies, this green smoothie is mega rich in essential nutrients that will keep your cells healthy and boost your methylation. Rich in all B-vitamins (except B-12).

🥬FOLATE RICH GREEN SMOOTHIE

Prep Time 5 minutes

Total Time 5 minutes

Servings 1

📍Ingredients

40 grams 2 handfuls spinach

40 grams 2 handfuls parsley

40 grams 2 handfuls kale

1/2 cup frozen green peas

1/2 avocado diced

1/2 cup beetroot

1 small apple diced

Lemon juice

Cardamom

Almonds

Cashews

Hazelnuts

Water

📍Instructions

Chuck all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Add more water if needed.

Enjoy!

I'll have to try it.

I have been drinking celery juice, not every single day. Finally found a juicer that does the job. It's an Omega masticating slow juicer. Big difference in flavor from other juicers.
