I take this, as much for lowering blood pressure and heart and lung health as well as anything else. As it is something that is naturally produced by the body, but declines as we get older there is no downside to taking this IMO.

Can you also say which are the recommended values of Q10 ? And in EDTA or serum or.......? And also the units in which is measured ?

I take Nature Made brand. 3 x 200 mg for total of 600 mg per day. I was up to 800 mg but it gave me a bellyache. My neuro approves and my husband’s cardiologist approved for him too (he does not have PD, but irregular heartbeat). Dr. Mischley lists as one of the supplements her studies have shown to slow progression. Although clinical studies failed to support that, she believes it is more effective with people who have had PD for a while as opposed to newly diagnosed. At least that’s what I recall reading somewhere.
