The ibogaine treatment centers are usually administering “flood” doses of ibogaine. Flood doses are typically 200 mg or more and can cause hallucinations and/or heart problems. Flood dosing is used to treat addiction.

The correct ibogaine dosing for PD is “microdosing”. This means 4mg to 20 mg twice a day and far fewer negative side effects.

I doubt you will find a center that administers residential treatment of ibogaine for PD but you may find one that will sell you ibogaine. Good luck.
