Parkinsons and diminished immune system

I also have had difficulty in getting over a upper respiratory infection, this has been going on since March 6 so it is about 1 1/2 months now and it is just making me tired. It is not pneumonia so I can only assume it is due to the Parkinsons that is taking me longer to conquer this.

Hi Dm. Both respiratory system problems and constipation are caused by the loss of peristalsis, which automatically moves the phlegm up out of the chest before it starts to become infected. It also moves the feces down towards the anus. It controls the muscles that do that work.

Exercise helps that process. Look at my website - reverseparkinsons.net and see what else is caused by Pd and how to help overcome many of those symptoms as I have. I don't charge anybody for doing this, I only want you all to get better.
