According to a new study from The University of Michigan, increasing everyday physical activity, or puttering, may be enough to help improve Parkinson's motor symptoms. Puttering may even make a bigger impact than vigorous exercise.

To do small jobs and other things that are not very important around the house in a relaxed way. As in, I just puttered around the house all weekend. I am a big fan of puttering. I think it’s just so important that we keep moving and as we get older it gets harder to do strenuous exercise without injuring our joints and ligaments and so on.
