You have to go to Spotify on your computer, then search for Sofi 432+528 in the search box. Try asking a young person they all know about Spotify for playing music online, its free to use.

Are these binaural beats recordings? There's a paper out on binaural beats and PD that is available full-text on ResearchGate; I've only skimmed it and have no idea how rigorous the study was. I did try to find if the researchers had posted the sound file somewhere and had no luck.

Some recordings contain binaural beats, this one in particular seems powerful and gentle...youtube.com/watch?v=fyGmSFU...(Not working as expected?). Best listened to via headphones to get the full benefit, its apparently all about the different sound waves going in opposing ears. Worth a try hey.
