Thanks Ernie! My husband lost 30lbs on a light keto diet (never gave up fruits and legumes which they provide natural dopamine). His doesn't have flabby skin as he gave up sugar and sugary foods. He does have a 1/2 tsp of Manuka honey with his cappuccino.

He is wrong to link amyloid to Parkinson's and nothing in his links that I saw supports that contention. Otherwise he mostly seems pretty sensible – agreed that sugar is the cause of the most common metabolic woes in our society.
