i use a daily color coding calendar for health look backs. It goes like this:

GREEN: Great, "i feel almost like i don't have PD today".

GREEN: Good, "i know i have PD, but it's not interfering with my daily tasks."

YELLOW: SoSo, " my symptoms are somewhat interfering with my daily tasks, requiring me to push through to complete them."

RED: Bad, "i'm on the couch watching movies today and staying home."

i found this free app "EverCal" but would like to find a better one. It helps me to understand how PD is, or is not, affecting my life as the months go by.

As a matter of interest why do you do this. I record how good or bad (usually bad) my days are but often wonder why I do this

It reminds me I’ve been doing so well, something that’s easy to forget when one has a couple SoSo days. I just look back and then I’m able to look forward to the great days returning based on look back history.

It’s a good Placebo, but it works for me!
