Thiamine and the Hinz Protocol

Anybody taking thiamine while doing the Hinz protocol amino acid therapy?

Any information would be appreciated.

Yes, I am doing Hinz protocol since 3 years, and started taking the Thiamine about a month ago. So far, no benefits received from the Thiamine. There is no conflict between these two: Hinz has remained effective in subduing my symptoms--mostly tremor.. However, my PD (tremor and jerking of the limbs) has gotten markedly worse in the last two weeks or so. Maybe the thiamine does not stop progression for everyone, maybe it can sometimes make PD worse, or maybe--let's hope!--it's because I don't yet have the correct dose of B1 . Just had my first consult with Dr. C. three days ago. He told me to continue with 1g X 2/day for the coming month and then get back to him. (While writing this, I vomited up my stomach contents; what came up wasn't the thiamine, but 5 valerian capsules I took to induce sleep.)

Thanks for the reply. I also find the Hinz protocol helps mostly my tremor. I am about to start on B1 also.

I am on both the hinz protocol and thiamine as well, and having success with the combo.
