So difficult to be sure. I take Maca root and B1 first thing in the morning and I’m trying to see if there’s an improvement later in the day with the Mannitol. I’ll post again when I’ve tried it longer :-)

I find manniitol excellent for my mood, further studies suggest it may be protective too. Good stuff
