Does mannitol help tremor?

I’m still very mild. Tremor dominate. Dx 1 1/2 years ago. Outside of tremors, some sleep disturbances, anxiety etc. I haven’t noticed much degradation so I will continue. Can’t hurt. Check out clinicrowd.com. Also take 1 1/2 gr B1.

It give major gas is all. As someone on this site told me you could audition for a role in blazing saddles that old Mel brooks movie... lol

The Syncolein product adds Alpha-Galactosidase to help prevent the gas. Alpha-Galactosidase is the active component in the over the counter product Beano which is effectively used to treat gas. The generic house brand for Beano at Walmart is half the price of Beano and more concentrated in Alpha-Galactosidase.

I took mannitol for several months a tablespoon every morning in my coffee and no change in my tremor. Others have had some great results and I’m truly happy for them. In my case no positive result. I’m looking to decrease all medication weather it be herbal, Big pharmaceutical. I’m going with less is more.

For me it helps with mental clarity and also feeling less detached. I took it without telling anyone and after s few weeks my husband commented that I seemed much more my own self.

The gas is a problem tho....

See Arts reply above. Just tried 1 day. Less gas 😀. Hope it continues. Been taking 2/3 of dose because of it. Makes sense Too!!!
