Here an interesting study, that motivates me to buy still uibiquinol, since I begin to have "wearing off"....... :-(

The fact that they say the TENDENCY is there that it could help. I also red the study result of the foundation, yes.

But after a bad day (in fact the last two weeks) I think, I should give it a try.

Also one has always investigate Ubiquinon and -ol separate and not in combination with other supplements......

How are the data for Cysteine ??

I believe the data behind N-Acetyl Cysteine is strong and definitive. I consider it as important as NAD+, probiotics, and thiamine.

There are a LOT of things to try out there, but coq10 is one of the ones that has been through the mill and hasn't shown a ton of benefit, so why that one? NAD+ is interesting (I take the B3's NR and NMN, both precursors). Urates are interesting (I take inosine). Autophagy/mitophagy is interesting (I intermittent fast and eat a ketogenic diet).

Oh yes, and of course exercise like cycling, if you aren't already! You might want to look some of this stuff up, too.

Although today was a good day, I did a walk of three hours in the Swiss Alps (Fiescher Alp) with a stiff right arm , but all the rest was good functioning....
