Thiamine via PEG.?

I think you can. You smash the pills, add water, and put it down the PEG - I'm no doctor, this is only an opinion from... an aviation engineer (!)

But would't the best solution be intramuscular injections once or two times a week ? That's what I do...

I don't know about putting the pills into a PEG, but thiamine does also come in injection form, you can get, for example, 100 mg injections that you take, for example, once a week. We're trying to get them for my husband, at Dr. Constantini's recommendation, but our PCP doctor is balking at the idea of prescribing them.
