I took it because I wanted some help with constipation. After 8 days the only improvement I could find is that I HAD 200% MORE ENERGY.Well mabe not200%. But I can stay active all day instead on 1 1/2 hours and off 2 1/2 hours all day long. 6 weeks later I am still going strong every day.

Are you taking 8? Have you tried opening capsules and putting in a liquid? Also if taken late in the day will it interfere with sleep. Having a problem swallowing so many. Up to 4.
